LC Nursing Home is a privately owned elderly care residential nursing home founded by Dato Sri Dr Chia  and his wife. DSD Chia is an experienced doctor with more than 30 years of experience in the nursing home and eldercare industry.

 

LC Nursing Home is built upon 50 years of experience in the medical and residential eldercare industry, and supported by a management team with 20 years of legal, finance and fintech experience. Our mission has been to run efficient, sustainable nursing homes at extremely cost effective prices for residents, while maintaining high standards of care – we currently have one of the lowest pricing models for private nursing homes in Singapore.

 

LC Nursing Home works closely with the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide services and accept allocations of Government subsidized residents into our care.

LC Nursing Home is one of 31 Private nursing homes in Singapore and we are part of the Private Nursing Home Association of Singapore. Private nursing homes form an integral part of the landscape in Singapore providing long term residential care solutions for a rapidly aging population, comprising 40% of all nursing homes in Singapore, and providing 24% of the beds available for nursing home care.

 

As part of the nursing home landscape, Private nursing homes adhere to the strict standards and guidelines as promulgated by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and LC Nursing Home works closely with both MOH and AIC to maintain care standards and adhere to licensing regulations.

 

As compared to not-for-profit Nursing Homes, being a privately held entity, LC Nursing Home has the added advantage of being driven to seek the highest levels of efficiency, sustainability and profitability, which results in ongoing initiatives to upgrade and innovate our service levels, operations, premises and facilities. We seek price optimization through our supply chains, and have contract manufactured certain medical supplies and healthcare disposables. As a boutique and privately owned entity, we are able to react and make decisions quickly for the best interests of our residents and the safety of our staff.
